Kate has been practicing Pilates since 2005 and teaching classes since 2007. In addition to her pilates practice, Kate enjoys biking, walking, and dancing.
Kate's goal is for all to live healthy, happy lives through exercise, fun and a healthy diet.

• Certified through the Nation Strength Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer as well as The American Academy of Personal Training.
Anita's personal specialties are helping clients achieve weight loss goals.
Trish Marfione
• Certified in STOTT PILATES as a mat instructor and through Balanced Bodies as a reformer instructor; has taught Pilates for years.
