Class Descriptions

Intro to STOTT PILATES®
New to STOTT PILATES, never trained in the STOTT PILATES method before. This class includes mat, foam rollers, arc barrels, circles, bands, balls and block use.

Basic Essential
For participants that have completed one introduction session but not trained in reformer use. This class will train participants at the intro level on the reformer while incorporating all the props used at introduction level.

Essential
For participants that are familiar with the Essential STOTT PILATES mat and Reformer repertoire.

Essential Plus
For participants that are familiar Essential Level and ready to move toward intermediate STOTT PILATES Mat Repertoire. This class moves at a faster pace than essential and introduces the more complicated intermediate movements.

Intermediate STOTT PILATES
Familiar with both Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Repertoire.

Intermediate Plus
For participants that are familiar with the Intermediate Level and ready to move toward Advanced STOTT PILATES Mat Repertoire. This class moves at a faster pace than intermediate and introduces the more complicated advanced movements.

Advanced
Only for the brave at heart. This class is the ultimate challenge for your body. Participants must know all intermediate movements well, be injury free and comfortable with new movements.

Power
A quick paced class including a brief warm up with mat work and progressing on to a quick paced 45 minute reformer workout. Power can be added at essential or intermediate level.

Classes are limited to four participants
Advanced sign up with payment is required to hold a spot
Please remember - a 24 hour notice phone call is required for makeup class
Make-ups must be used within current session and drop-in week following current session
