At PFF, we offer STOTT PILATES® in a variety of settings in addition to Personal Training.

STOTT PILATES
STOTT PILATES is a method that delivers flexibility and endurance without adding bulk. All of our instructors are:
•   STOTT PILATES trained.
•   Required to perform "observation and team teaching" before they complete their certification.
•   Taught how to teach Pilates in the safest and most effective way.

Group Classes
At PFF, all our classes are limited to 4 clients for great results and personalized attention. Our classes include mats, reformers with the "brand-new" V2Max, arc barrels, foam rollers, circles flex bands, jump-boards, small-weighted balls and other small props. Our classes and instructors are fun, safe and ever-changing while helping our clients achieve their goals.

Private STOTT PILATES
At PFF, we offer Private STOTT PILATES Sessions to help a client get the most benefit out of their workout.
It is a wonderful option for:
•   Those with posture and/or possible injury restrictions;
•   Expectant mothers;
•   Small groups;
•   Those clients whose schedule varies and does not allow for a regular class time.

Private Session equipment can include Reformers (class schedule permitting), Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel and other small props.

Prices vary according to the level of training of the instructor contracted.

Personal Training
Whether your goals are to:
•   Increase strength;
•   Lose body fat;
•   Train for a sport;
•   Or any other of a wide array of fitness goals,
Personal training can help you to achieve them. Sessions can be conducted one-on-one or in a small group. Personal training can also incorporate injury recovery, program development, postural training, flexibility training, cardiovascular programming, Mat STOTT PILATES and Motivational Counseling. No matter what your fitness needs, PFF has a program that can meet them.

Membership
A 30-minute consultation appointment is required for every new client at a one-time fee of $50. This appointment includes a postural assessment (required), measurements and goal setting (recommended) and body composition (optional).
